    Default Emulations errors (PCSX2)

Hello I set up this thread to report anyproblems i have with emulated games I will report system and games i had issues with im hopping someone responds to this and can assist me with these issues

i had a few issues 2 days ago i was trying to play some old games on PCSX2 i have the bios files and everything so heres the problem I launched TY the Tasmanian Tiger [Europe] and came across this issues the sound was fine as well as the video played nice but when i loaded the first level for the tutorial the subtitles for the tutorial were jumbled up and kept overlapping each other then after the chat sequence the bottom half of my screen was just black and when i paused the game and unpaused it the bottom half of the Pause screen appeared in the black box so I turned off the game and launched the USA version and the sound was good video was nice but the moment it came to the tutorial the big black box was back and the issues seemed to repeat words overlapped eachother the bause sceen became permanent the bottom half and i still couldn't see where i was going so I shut it off then i tried to Play Spyro I launched The Legend Of Spyro New Beginning [Europe] and the main menu screen popped up ... But there was no Menu the pressed down on my thumb stick the game made sounds of scrolling through options but there was no words to select.

look up the game then look to see if there are any Notes linked and/or look at the Wiki link both should have some notes on setups for problem games, otherwise checkout the basic setup guide they have and enable the options they suggest to start with

They have notes on the US version of Spyro but EU version should work with the settings used for the US version

Some of the issues you have mentioned are not known issues with those games so please check out the official setup guide and make sure the recommended hacks are enabled

normaly i don't use hacks with the emulators I wasn't able to find any helpful notes on ty but if i launch US Spyro it should work right? because the EU didn't.

    according to http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Legen...21372-U--30041 yes

ignoring speed hacks the other hacks/game fixes are there to improve the compat in alot of cases, some games need them to display correctly ect others games don't
