    Default iso disk space

    is there any way 2 have an ISO in like ur possesion, but w/out it taking up space on ur pc? i have both disk one and two of FFVII and that takes up about a gigabyte alone. sorry if this belongs in computer tech, i am not sure where 2 put it..

    uh, i dont think u can... u can burn them though. or u can just compress them. i dont think any psx emus support zip file though...

    compression does always help, depends on the ISO formality. try winrar. most ISO can really done a great job after compressed, take Ikagura, a 17 MB Dreamcast ISO, and its extracted which became a 700 MB file.
    another would be burning a copy, though once that copy is burned, kept that as a possession because you can re-burn that, which im very sure, it will do the trick as a deplucation.

    You can play ISOs as a Rar file if you use EPSXE with CDR Moobys plugin.

    ESPXE supports Zips normally.

    i do have epsxe, but the sound is terrible. on final bout i don't get sound on the intro video, and on games like inuyasha i don't have any sound. so i use VGS instead b/c it seems 2 work better.

    That probably because you didn't turn on all the options in the sound plugin such as the XA sound.
