Had both of my interviews today. The Family Video one, went amazing. In fact, I'm moving onto the second part of the process! Just need to score a 70 on the test tomorrow and I move onto the final part.

However, the other job. FUCK that job. I would've been a delivery driver, but paid less than a Waitress. And only 10 hours a week. I'd also have a high chance of being robbed like one of his delivery drivers were ON MONDAY. Fucking Christ. I hope this Family Video job works out.

They're all that's left and that market has been dying for the better part of a decade. I think Family Videos will be around a little while longer.

As for the management, they suck. The interview itself is a three-parter and third one was the worst becuase you will have to clear your personal schedule to accommodate the district manager's spotty attendance record.

I went through the process myself years ago and it was weeks before we got around to step three after which point they never contacted me again.

two upshots to it:

I'm on step 2 right now (the stupid test) and I just hope I can get the job. Honestly, the manager at the store I applied at was awesome. I just have to make sure I dress the part if I meet the District Manager. (Plus it's not like I have anything on my schedule. )
