Unless there's a fault somewhere affecting all the lights it might just be a case of not having the money to run and/or repair them. I believe Michigan has had that problem for years.

Most of mine just flicker on and off at all times of night. No idea if they are on during foggy days. Probably not.

where i live, street lamps have been reduced to LED's (as opposed to high pressure sodium lamps and get cut out as lights way after pitch black.)

Really? Seems to beat 3 out for me so far. Only a few hours in though. But just like 3 some of those characters are beyond annoying. More into it than Dragons Dogma which I picked up at the same time a couple days ago.
Seem to remember spamming that side kick thing in 3 quite a bit myself.

Boss fights all require hitting them in some specific spot for better damage, I reckon frustration will increase as you encounter them . Later on there's some 'character development' and it's retardo .

Here's the issue, we just paid the street light guys for the upkeep or whatever, like as a community. We're only a town of 80 or so people, but the county isn't exactly treating us very well right now. Our roads need fixed, they fixed them, but not well. Like, they're still shitty. And now the lights? It's getting old.

Sounds like my county. The roads have needed fixing for months now and the county doesn't give a piss. The saddest part is that all it takes is the gas and time to get a road grader out here .

Sucks, right? :/ We live in a town too that has a Co-Op. That's the worst part. That's why our roads are so shitty.
