With EA mentioning they're targeting 30FPS for ME: Andromeda I have to wonder if all the big publishers will go a similar route. Improved consoles is an opportunity to run at higher resolution and stabilize framerate. Pissing that away to continue the 'push effects the system can't handle' approach seems foolish.
