I mean offline maps for google maps, not sure if it's a similar system for Pokemon GO. I use offline maps a lot.

The story said specifically that Pokemon GO uses map data from Google Maps. And it definitely needs GPS tracking. But to get this map data, story says you open google maps and there should be a way to box-select an area and download it so you don't need to be online to use that section of map.

Is this how you personally use offline maps? If so can you fill in any details I'm missing for the rest of the class? Or if you use some other app for it, what app is it?

Emulating on the Wii is fucking garbage if you don't have an analog television. Ridiculous output lag. Unplayable.

That's more or less how you use offline maps.

Probably wouldn't be too bad on a faster monitor. TVs tend to be slow even with no processing modes.

It has typical JRPG problems. Not one of the best of the era even, but that said I'll still probably finish it.
