the dns settings are to prevent nintendo's penchant for underhanded tomfuckery, it's nintendo's line for ofw/wiiu official updates.
it seals it shut, while retaining FULL web capacity.

Plot/humor wise I found it way better.
But there's no gameplay so mileage may vary and all that.
They did a decent job adapting the world to a setup that runs pretty counter to what the series is. It'd be like finding out Diablo has an amazing comic book series.
