man I wish our cops would crack down on this kind of shit more the only time they're cracking down on really anything is when they enforcement zones set up around holidays. it's good they get drunks off the road in this way but it should be an all year round thing not just seasonal.
my biggest pet peve around here is the speeding we have a park and a school that aren't even a block away from this two way intersection(should be a 4 way) but people still fly down the road like is the fucking highway(which is 1/4 1/2 mile away).

Yeah I think we're close to rank 50 on the global list for broadband speeds.
But we do have decent mobile network speeds (cell), like in the top 10 rank for 4G speeds.

The main problems are:
If you want a top end net speed you need to be in the right area to get it, basically the big cities. You also have to pay a fair bit for it, plus it's unlikely to have unlimited data.
For mobile (cell) even though the speeds are great, data is limited and always costs extra if you go over your tiny limit.

Reasons for the issues are simple. It's a large country with a fairly small population (less than Canada). Also, infrastructure wasn't updated for years then all of a sudden politicians realised something had to be done, but they were half-arsed about it.

Probably is, I don't really pay much attention to laws like that being passed. Mainly because it doesn't effect me since I would never do it. Definitely needs better enforcement if it's illegal in Kansas though LOL.

Aww. I went on a Saturn bender recently. All Japanese version games of course. Most were Jap exclusive probably, but I never go for US versions anymore anyway.

NES is cool too, just not really my thing.

SWEET GLORIOUS STEREO!

Big ass floor speakers hooked up to my new receiver, everything sounds most choice but my surround put in stereo mode is still a good alternative.

What speakers did you order, I'm interested in buying some new Hi-fi speakers for my comptuer, I'm using a cheap but very reliable pair of Logitech speakers.

I assume Gobby was talking about real speakers, possibly even something that can actually use spikes.

That's what I want, real speakers, I'm surprised by the quality of my current speakers, they sound quite good, even when compared to a Hi-fi setup.

But I do want to upgrade, some friends say to look at stats like response range, other people say just test some in shops.
