I have a settlement workbench anywhere mod. Well, you can't actually put them anywhere but they work well enough in buildings etc you transition into. Plus I have the scrap skeletons/leaves and other trash mod too.
The spawn grenades for workbenches are weightless so I carry a heap of them, I also carry a heap of behemoth spawn grenades so I can wreak havoc on enemies and allies

Explosions everywhere ?

No. If you spawn a heap of behemoths they throw rocks at everybody.
Probably the funniest thing I've done so far didn't involve them though. I think it was inside layton towers where you have access to a couple of floors via stairs (and there are a couple of broken holes in the floor so you can peek down).
Spawned; a heap BoS in power armor, heap of legendary synths, couple of sentry bots, some legendary ghouls, legendary gunners, raiders with power armor. Frame rate dropped a bit for a minute or two until after the sentry bots exploded

Doesn't exist on PS4 afaik. All you can do is test stuff as you go, read descriptions for hints on load order placement. I have all official DLC (season pass).
