Default Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith won't play

Yet another issue I seem to be having. I have Star Wars Episode III revenge of the Sith, but whenever I try and play it it won't go past the first screen. It will just be black and my console says that there is a CDVD error. I've looked on different forums, but it says it works and is playable. I have tried all the different video plugins whether they be hardware or software. Nothing works. Any way to fix this?

There is no issues listed but that does not mean there are none.

I will try it in a few to see if I can get it to run.

Just a FYI you may need to check the PCSX2 forums and github issues page to see if such issues are reported, if not you may need to do so.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

psxdatacenter.com has settings for PS/PS2/PSP emulators that use plugins, which are based on higher end hardware so the might run slow.
The fact that it says CDVD error tells me that it's not a video plugin issue. The link above also will tell you if there is a recommended CDVD plugin.
Make sure that you open PCSX2 by Run as Administrator. This fixes so many random issues that it should be in EVERY file name.

    Be afraid. Be very afraid.
