How to get emulator/Rom to work?

I have Silent Hill 1 for my phone, but it's about to bite the dust, and would love to know if there is a way to play Silent Hill on my computer without using a usb controller but the keyboard settings instead. The computer I'm using is a Acer Chromebook 15, but hopefully my windows laptop will be back from repair soon. It would be a big help to know how and if there's a way to do so.

Any emulator you use is going to have keyboard controls as an option. As for finding an emulator for Chrome OS, last time I checked there isn't one. The only option there is to use Crouton and Ubuntu; then use a Linux based emulator.

It appears there is nothing on Chrome OS and anyone I asked for advice suggested formatting and installing something better.

I would of thought at least RetroArch would be on it but nope, no one cares about googles Linux fork.
