Default Are there any good accurate N64 emulators that work?

I don't have much luck with N64 at all but it's one of my fave systems.
I have the original system but honestly it's a pain to play now that i notice the low frame rate and vaseline smeared looks (blurry)

    Any help? Thanks

Not all titles can be emulated well enough to be enjoyable, last time I checked anyway maybe that has changed idk.

Some N64 games are available as VC titles on Wii.

Even though you mentioned you don't like the way the original console renders games...you can get a flash cart for N64 (eg EverDrive-64...I think v3 might have close to 100% compatibility for titles now).

    Spoiler warning:

The latest PJ64 is really the only option. N64 probably has to be the glitchiest and worst out of all the emulatable systems though. Some games plain don't work or too messed up to play properly including even some of the more mainstream ones.

It has gotten a bit better over the last couple years though. Really it depends on the game. Which ones are you looking to play?
