Default No roms will load in SDLMame 0172

"The selected machine is missing one or more CHD or ROM files, please select a different machine" for every rom I attempt to load

Roms and BIOS are stored in the ROMS folder, stored both zipped and unzipped. Tried everything.

Have tried at least 10 games and they all do this. Out of ideas.

    Default

Games must remain in zip format

Best to audit your games and see if anything is missing, if SDLMame is a gui version of MAME you can simply right click a game and hit the audit option

    Rules of MAME roms

Keep roms in Zip format do not extract or rename rom zips
    Grab the Parent rom always
Make sure no extra files are needed like bios image, any other sub board or a CHD image
Check the roms you have are still valid in the version of MAME you are using
