    Default Graphics Problem?

So basically I'm playing a game I just downloaded from this website, Urbz Sims in the City, and the game is working just fine (just low fps, not sure why though). But I have this problem where I'm seeing green squares in some parts of the screen. Anyone know why this happens? I'm using Direct3D9 Software btw.
Here's what it looks lik in game:

EDIT: So I noticed it only happens in some parts of the game. Still would be nice to remove it. Also, how can I keep the FPS and the speed from dropping?

http://wiki.pcsx2.net/index.php/The_...ms_in_the_City may help in some part but I'm not sure what the game is supposed to look like in the first place vs your screen grab, it could just be some sort of fog/mist effect

You could try the GC version instead though via Dolphin

https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.p...ms_in_the_City the only issue it has is via Direct 3D and recomends OpenGL instead for that emulator
