The PCSX2 is a little complicated to run. The first thing that you need is BIOS. You can Download it in this link: http://www.theisozone.com/downloads/...n-2-bios-pack/
Than you will notice that you have a BIOS folder, unpack the bios right there.
The Emulator should run, BUT you're using a MacBook, maybe Windows versions will not run in your mac.
You have two options:
1)Download Wine, a program which run .exe files and has the .dll that is required to open .exe files.

2)Or you can try the Linux version of PCSX2, since the architecture of Mac and Linux are almost equal.
