Default Escape and ALT+Enter not working on Epsxe v2.02 or v2.02-1

For some reason I can not enter full screen by pressing Alt+Enter when running in a window, or pause the emulation by pressing escape when in full screen. Whenever I press Alt+Enter in windowed mode all that happens is my pc makes the critical stop sound. And when I Press Escape in full screen absolutely nothing happens. The only way I can stop the emulation or close the emulator while in full screen is by bringing up the task manager and ending task. I also want to mention that my graphics drivers are up-to-date. I will post screens of my graphics plugin settings below, along with a list of my pc specs any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like a problem with the emulator, v2.0 is still very new. You should probably bring this up on their forums so they can be aware and work to fix it.

    Be afraid. Be very afraid.
