Driver: Parallel Lines is 1% buggy, and SLOW (But in short, I need guidance)

I have settings set so some games can run without any graphical issues and much better speeds. My 2 issues (so far) is that the car colors often change (the colors appear as textures, they don't use model coloring), and the game is SLOW in gameplay. How do I fix this?

This is all the specs I know (since nobody taught me yet.):

-PCSX2 1.4.0

-I am using the physical copy of Driver: PL. (Don't tell me to use an ISO version of DPL unless you actually post a working US ISO on the site.)

-Windows 10 OS (Please don't start complaining about the OS.)

You know, a question is much easier to reply to, but the polar opposite was done instead, so you'll get what you wanted me to enter. NOT SASS. Also, I'm very confused as to why you didn't link me to this thread when I was dealing with that problem about THUG 2 not working in the first place.

Textures issues in hardware mode,Software mode its fine.

I already use software mode. My issue was all the civilian cars in the game change colors. All the textures in the game are fine, but the car color textures are the only ones that aren't. My second problem was that when all the textures are fine, the game is SLOW.

You honestly do not know how to go about asking for help do you

First you want to know how to get the specs (even though there are stuck threads that tell you what to post when asking for help and where to get that info from) I post a link telling you, so you can post them, then you complain about it and tell me I should ask you to post your system...

I can make assumptions based on your posts so far (educated assumptions hence why I said chances are rather than they are the issue) but I can't verify it without more information

I do this alot as it happens and still provide accurate help

It is not my fault that you are too lazy to read rules and guidelines
