Please do not PM me with the same Q

PEC has not changed just use it the same way you did two years ago

Your system will almost certainly of changed and as I said before possibly is infected or has a corrupt system preventing it from working now

You could try running as admin as suggested, but I do not think that is even an issue and would only apply to Vista even with an Admin account or with any other version of Windows that you are not an admin

Edit:

Just tested the Max HP code directly with ePSXe's own cheat system and it just works as shown in the screen grab with all 3 with a Max HP of 999



The way the code works is

50002CCC 0000

50 = a repeat next code
00 = Not used in this kind of code
2C = number of addresses to write (44 in decimal so presume there are at least 44 hero's possibly 45 depending if the count starts at 0 or 1)
CC = the address jump so address 1 is 8006EBDE + CC = address two that would be 8006ECAA and plus CC for next one and so on and so farth
0000 is not used this time but the last two digets are used as increments

I'm sure all the codes work just fine.

you were right my windows 10 has corrupted stuff on it

so i went into the advaned menu to the Troubleshoot section and it said reset this pc, it Lets you choose to keep or remove your files and then reinstall windows, should i choose that option to fix everything

and then it saids keeps my files, removes apps and settings, but keeps your personal files, does that mean my files will be safe on my hard drive and secondary hard drive as well
