I noticed the coins are missing while playing in heart attack mode and then I saw in wikipedia that the PAL suffers from this problem. I got a NTSC copy and found the same issue

Could someone confirm the ID because I think NTSC and PAL have the same media ID. They are both shown as "Region Mix"

The ID I got from the NTSC was: 53450088
