    Default Bleem!cast Compatibility

Thought I'd start this back up again.

    What is Bleem!cast?:

An emulator that'll let you play PSX games on your Dreamcast.

(I'll add more later, too lazy right now)

Please try to post a farily detailed report, like instead of saying,

    "It ran good!"

    Say,

"It ran at near full speed. There were some graphic glitches here and there but nothing serious. Everything else ran fine!"

    So... Post away!

I'll look for it... (I hope it's not warez. Since it's discontinued I doubt that it would be, but...)

Can't see any character sprites, runs slowly and the music goes crap.

    Digimon Rumble Arena
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Doesn't work. When I put the disc in the screen went blank.

    Digimon World I
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
It's playable. The starting movie was crappy and the colours were all weird. When you start the game you can't read any of the text 'cause when any writing comes up the old stuff stays so they get mixed up. You could play this is you didn't care about the text but it would be a bit hard.

    Digimon World II
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Works great! No problems at all.

    Digimon World III
    NTSC, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Unplayable. The starting movie was crappy then the game runs at like 10% speed.

    Final Fantasy 6
    PAL, Original, Times Tested: 2
Doesn't work. When I put the disc in, my TV screen went black.

    Final Fantasy 7
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Doesn't work. The starting movie was all goobly and weird and when Cloud fights the first guards after he get's off the train the game froze and died.

    Final Fantasy 8
    PAL, Original, Times Tested: 2
Doesn't work. When I put the disc in, my TV screen went black.

    Harry Potter
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Doesn't work. Got up to the first page in that starting movie then froze and died. I think it's my copy of Harry Potter though, it never worked with ePSXe...

    MegaMan X6
    NTSC, Burned, Times Tested: 3
Works great. The only problem is the character sprite goes a bit glitchy when you walk but other than that, it's perfect.

    Sheep Dog 'N' Wolf
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested 1
Played the start FMV pretty crapilly then froze and turned black.

    Spyro II: Gateway To Glimmer
    PAL, Burned, Times Tested: 1
Works great! Sometimes the character sprites are glitchy and the music loads slowly but other than that it works great.

Hmm... does this really need to be stickied anymore? It's not getting much use... ('least not from what I can see).

Meh, just leave it. It does absolutely no harm being stickied, and at least it's here should anyone want to make use of it in the future. Which I myself might. I just got ahold of an butload of new games, and I'll be trying them out some time.

Here are a couple of games that I tested:

    Megaman 8:
Failed, music played; but no graphics were visible.

    Legend of Mana:
    Worked, but graphics were buggy.

It isn't a new version of bleemcast, its a beta.. Made before the 3 packs obviously, its an old beta from when they were making it.. they hadnt made it for 1 game only yet though so it can attempt to emulate any psx game.
