    The White Stripes-Seven Nation Army
the guitar that they add effects to make it sound like a bass is awesome. this is a simple song, but i think simple can be good.

I've made this thread a sticky.

At the moment I am listening to

White Stripes - 7 Nation Army

Like artist088 has stated above me, I love the simplicity and the way the bass effect is achieved.

    Also listening to

    Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees

Only recently discovered this song (daft I know) and I love it. I love songs with atmosphre, great lyrics and that are sung well - this has it all.

The Verve Pipe - The Freshman

I was feeling nonstalgic. This was one of the songs that got me seriously into music. It's a good song, good lyrics and a nice melody.

In Flames - Only For the Week

I really like this, although I am having difficulty writing anything worthy of note about it. Sorry. Might have something to do with the hangover, and then, it might not.

    Chevelle - Comfortable Liar

In my opinion a fat bass riff is good. This song delivers in spades.

Final Fantasy IV Piano Collections - The Battle

Well, this is one of the most classic Final Fantasy themes, and well, I wouldn't be a VGM fan if I didn't like the piano/orchestral versions of its music. It starts out simple but then out of nowhere it picks up and I just love it.
