Nds4ios no working (pokemon black)

I'm new to this, but when i got dropbox on my ipad ios 9.2, i then downloaded pokemon black onto the dropbox. However, when i try to export the file to nds4ios, the thing won't budge... Help?

I use nds4ios on my ipad ios 9.2. When i export the dropbox file to nds4ios and get pokemon black 2 from this website, i cannot transport that file into nds4ios (not using computer, only ipad) Why is this happening?

So you've downloaded the game to your device. Have you extracted it from the archive?
