Ultimarc I-PAC ultimate I/O / Retro Pie Issue

Has anyone been able to get a Retropie functional with a Ultimarc I-Pac Ultimate spinner and trackball to function with retro pie?

I cannot get any of the Mame emulators to recognize these devices for the games and don't know what else to try. Trying to get missile command and tempest to function.

Also, is there a good place to get a complete rom set for retro pie?
