neogeo.zip missing v2.bin

Hi Im using mame64 dat ver 0.169, win7 64bit
Im using romcenter to check and fix my roms, Im down to the last few roms in my selection to fix...

neogeo.zip is coming up with missing v2.bin..I cant seem to find a version with this file anywhere

Looking for the same thing. I did the MAME thing years ago, probably 8, and have been going through updating my cabinet. It seems a lot has changed in this time. Half of my CHDs don't seem to work anymore either. I was running v.90 or so.
