    Default Need help to fix windows rt surface 64gb device

    Hi I need help with a windows rt surface I'm trying to fix for my sister her bf used it once she used it once too, now the device acts like its powering up then turns back off and starts again turns off again when it gets to the SURFACE logo.
    Now what I'm asking is ''is it a battery gone bad problem or is it a more serious software damage before I go taking it apart'' question.

    EDIT: I left it charging over night now it won't turn on so I'm sure it's a bad battery so does anyone know how to take a surface rt 2 part and where I can get a replacement battery?
