Default Tales of the Abyss Undub issue

    My set up:
Free Mcboot (Memory card with files is a MadCatz)
    HDLoader (HD is WD; 40GB?)
    PS2 - phat

I've been trying to get Tales of the Abyss undub to run on here for ages, but I seem to keep having issues. The game plays fine up until I get to just before the first "boss"; if I get into an enemy encounter outside the liger's den, the game freezes at the transition. If I leave it go, it will eventually unfreeze, but this takes some time. I think I timed it at five minutes once. Loading a save file past this point results in similar issues: works for awhile and then freezes, always in the same spot.

It's the same ISO that I've downloaded from this site, and it works just fine on emulator.

Suggestions on how to fix this or different loader program are most definitely welcome.

Seems their website is having some issues today, it will most likely be back to normal later on.

I guess I should of got the PPF patch and posted it here.

Okay, I've finally been able to get to the site, but I'm not sure what I'll need? I see there's a ToA patch, but it's for a voice sync issue, which isn't the problem I'm having.
