Yeah it mentions it on the items page but while the item is in your cart it shows as full price. Because legal reasons or something. I know they actually can't even display some prices until you add the item to your cart when it's "too cheap" or some shit.

This is a question for Warrior. I just play PCE games on my briefcase set-up.

Seeing as how Japan released multiple emu versions of PCE games (often 3 or 4 on 1 UMD) I would imagine there is good PCE emu for it though.
