I've been doing that at Sanctuary, arrow's going upwards, sleep for 24 hours cause it doesn't move. Still doesn't increase for whatever reason. I have 11 Charisma, may need to try and find the clothes you mentioned in the guide. I only have 21 people there right now.

Yeah sanctuary does work...I think I've seen some people use it. Starlight is pretty much a clean slate though so you can do everything correct without having to mess with stuff.
Most settlements you have atm you have probably selected a person to trade elsewhere so that means 1 person can't be used for shops or collecting food internally.

So use Starlight and select a person at another settlement to start a trade route, then all of your Starlight people can be used internally.


But read everything I posted as I did that just after I got the trophy.

You sleep when the arrow isn't going up.

If you can't figure out the wait button, there isn't one in this game (unlike the other games)
Sit in a chair (or chair type thing), then you should see a wait prompt.

I decided to add some felt stickers under my keyboard to stop scratching my desk. I found some stickers that detail a company issuing out the keyboard with two different computers to different employees. Apparently my keyboard has been in active use for over 10 years. Dell makes some quality shit.

I can't disagree with you but everything I own that was Dell made is great. have you had any issues? What devices in particular?

I only have an old lcd monitor myself atm, it has a little blur spot on it (not dead pixels but a sort of tiny grey area). It was free anyway, only 720p.
Plenty of their laptops and desktops aren't good value for money.
I think we might have been through this before and I suspect a lot of the crap Dell products I've seen over here might just be a local thing. Like they dump shit here idk

HP/Compaq have always been better in my experience, but then I've seen people in the US say the opposite.
