Not much different to hackers on closed systems.
It's the client and the current developers that are the problem. They ignore feature requests, I believe they've done away with the feedback sub-forum, and deliberately mucked with the database formatting. Adding more search options was the only useful thing they've done and they screwed with the UI instead of adding it to the advanced search window . The last official client was perfectly stable and all that was needed was for new sets to be added to the database, which was happening before the current idiots started futzing with it.

They don't allow swastikas in their games at all.

Some stuff is still edited here but not as much as it was when we only had MA as the highest rating.
Anyway, as I said, you can import here and the law doesn't really give a fuck. Or just pirate everything and the law doesn't really care either, it only cares if you try to openly make money from piracy like at local markets and shit.
Yeah it's that or throw tons of people in jail which isn't very realistic.

    Voting is compulsory here btw.

I had typed up a post similar to this, but then I saw this post and just deleted it. Suffice to say I'd be extremely happy if the program had been left alone and just been given card set updates.

THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Needed a new lappy so I bought this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301833279680...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Seemed the best I could do for something new and not a total piece of crap. Also using a credit card deal and getting $150 back when I spend $500 on it in the first three months.
