While you're making some purchases, grab a spool of copper solder wick to help remove the old solder currently bonding the old jack to the mobo.
I have been looking for solder and trying to find a store I can pick it up from instead of ordering it online now will either of these work?

Go ahead and buy the rosin core spool. Acid core is for piping and gutters.
