Question Extracting Trauma Center: New Blood

OK. So I'm new new user around these forums and I've had some previous experiences with emulating, but I'm having some trouble with the Dolphin Emulator. I've downloaded the Trauma Center: New Blood emulation, and after following steps, downloading all the .rar files, repairing them with the .PAR2 file in QuickPar, I'm still completely lost. As of now, the folder looks like this:

Can anyone help me? Why do I have a bunch of jpeg files? How can I run it in Dolphin?

I suspect you haven't actually repaired.

You would only get the pictures if you extracted the archive before repairing properly. Follow the steps in the tutorial I linked to.
A common mistake is to launch Quickpar and create your own par2.

    Success
I don't know what happened with the last par fix, but I redownloaded everything and tried it once again, then I was able to get the ISO file. Thank you for your help.
