If you ftp everything it will take longer than ripping on your Xbox, but you aren't abusing your Xbox optical drive if you ftp.

It took about 15-20 minutes to rip the 4GB game, but only 5-6 minutes to FTP it using the native Windows FTP that need2burn described above. So for now I'm going to keep my XBOX connected to my computer and move games when I have to.

You can FTP an ISO using Qwix.

And it will do that even quicker with the use Avalauch (that is a dash but I always used that as an app just for FTPing games via Qwix and has nice FTP boosting that speeds the process up by a nice amount and is more reliable at FTPing than standard FTP software that is a very good thing if you want things to just work rather than having to re-ftp)
