No, if you don't possess any sort of video card, Pete's OpenGL is not the plugin for you.

I use Pete's d3d plugin for my ePSXe and it runs fine, but it runs even better with a video card.

For N64 roms and emulators, your comp must have a high-end computer with an equally high-powered video card or else you will have glitchy, discolored, or missing screens.

Open GL plugin suck. I have p3 800mhz and 384 RDRAM and GeForce 256. And I get almost perfect PJ64 and EpsxE. Both use DirectX plugins.

I think he meant, it's a "buy and **** you" comp meaning you buy it and the comp ****s you not the other way around, it's the comp getting all the pleasure.
