Why don't we have a 3DS roms/CIA section?
The big iso site is a mess, with people posting their own threads containing various regions and the same games as others. It's hard to find anything there. We need a site where we can easily find exactly what 3DS game we're looking for without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Use search on the main site and it will give you results for there and here in the forums.
3DS games aren't allowed here.
Spoiler warning:
The 3DS is too recent and there is still too much activity going on with the 3DS system for there to be uploads to this site. Try some other systems, plenty of good games out there. Plus there is no decent 3DS emulator yet.
It is good to have the same games posted multiple times because there is backups in case links go down.
