Default How to run Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku (English patch) wihtout issues?

Hi, I'm new here, and new to PSX emulation, and I've been meaning to play the legendary Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for quite some time. I've downloaded the English-patched Japanese ISO (Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku, or "Devil's Castle Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight" for those who don't know Japanese) because I'm more used to Japanese games having Japanese voice acting, and have tried to play it in the past with ePSXe (can't remember the version number), but I got stuttering/choppy audio and some slowdown. How do I run the game without issues?

My computer is a Lenovo 7760 IdeaCentre B320 with 6 GB RAM, if that helps.

    http://psxdatacenter.com/

    Click ENTER THE PSX DATACENTER.
To the right of GAME LISTS click NTSC-J.
Scroll down for the game title, it should be Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight (there might be more than one entry for different game IDs).
Click the green INFO button for the game, and on the next page if you scroll down there will be info for ePSXe version and settings.

    Spoiler warning:
