404 error when clicking on a specific music download link

I'm trying to download Pocky & Rocky game soundtrack from below page.

http://www.emuparadise.me/music/snes.html

There are two of them.
The first one, titled Pocky & Rocky - 1 (Kikikaikai), is fine and can be downloaded.

The second one however, titled Pocky & Rocky 2, can't.
When I clicked the link, it seems to redirect to the correct page URL:

http://www.emuparadise.me/roms/olddo...music-p&r2.rar

But it says: 404 - Oops! Page not found. Unfortunately, the link you clicked on isn't currently valid. ....

My main browser is Opera (Presto) and I've tried Firefox, MSIE and Chromium.
All have same problem.

I also downloaded several other native format SNES soundtracks, but only this specific title has a download problem.

I just noticed that the problem is the use of the "&" character in the music file name, in the download page URL.
That character is used to separate between URL variables. e.g. blah.com/page?var1=value1&var2=value2
So I checked all titles that has "&" character(s) on them and found these broken also:

Joe & Mac 1
Joe & Mac 2
Mario & Wario
The Adventures of Batman & Robin

I'm not interested on downloading them. I'm just report it.
