    ePSXe doesn't like dual-core comps.

There's a fix for WinXP, but so far no one has reported figuring out how to do it with Vista yet:

It sets ePSXe to use only one CPU.

    Did you do this already?

    Config > Sound > check all 3:

    Sound
    XA Sound
    CDDA Sound

And which sound plugin are you using?

Eternal SPU 1.41 is probably the best one.

i did that but i doesnt matter witch sound plugin i used because when i play any game and its still not playing any music or xa audio when im playing any game, and when your playing 2extrem when your in level 1 or up its suppose to play music in certain levels just like the real ps1 console and its not doing that at all.wht its doing is its playing the game with no game music when i selected xa audio, just one more game and its batman&robin again when your in a certain level there no music playing at all,and all im telling you is that im playing any game with no music witch is not fun at all.

and i cant go on ngemu.com is because when i adress the issue to anyone there say im are ready band from ngemu.com

what im meaning is that when i select xa audio its not playing any game music cd tracks when you in a certain level thats what im meaning to say.

its playing music cd tracks in media player, but when your in a certain level on epsxe and doesnt matter what game your playing again its playing cd game music in media player but not on epsxe when your in a certain level.

    Please don't double-post.

    And especially don't quadruple-post.

As for your problem, try this:
Download Daemon Tools 3.47 from here (it's free):
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_daemon_tools/?236

IF YOU HAVE WIN XP SP2, THEN YOU MUST DO THIS FIRST BEFORE INSTALLING DAEMON TOOLS 3.47, OR YOUR COMPUTER WILL BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) AFTER INSTALLATION.

For WinXP, go to Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System > Advanced tab > under Startup and Recovery, click Settings > Edit

You'll now see something similar to this:
    Download Links:
Links are hidden from guests. Please register to be able to view these links. You need to change part of the last line to /noexecute=AlwaysOff

So, using the above example, after making the necessary change, it would then be:
    Download Links:
Links are hidden from guests. Please register to be able to view these links. After changing the boot.ini file, close and save the file.
Once the boot.ini file has been properly edited, you can then safely install Daemon Tools 3.47 on your XP SP2 computer.

So, now install and configure Daemon Tools to create a virtual drive on your computer. After doing that you should see a small icon in your system tray that looks like a lightning bolt. Right-click on that lightning bolt, choose "Options", and make sure there's a check mark next to "Analog Audio". <--- very important

Now this time left-click the lightning bolt icon, and click where it says "Device ## No Media", then choose either the .ccd, .mds, or .cue file by double-clicking it. Now, for ePSXe if you haven't already installed P.E.Op.S. CDR plugin, then get it from here:
    http://www.pbernert.com/html/cdr.htm

And unzip the contents to your ePSXe plugin folder.
Now open ePSXe by double-clicking it, and click Config > Cdrom > Select

    P.E.Op.S. CDR Driver 1.4 > Configure.
For Interface, if you have Win98 or WinME, then choose W9X/ME - ASPI scsi commands
For Interface, if you have Win2000 or WinXP, then choose W2K/XP - IOCTL scsi commands.
For Drive: choose Generic DVD Rom V1.0
For Read Mode: Try Auto Detection.
    Leave everything else alone.

Now you're ready to play the game.
Start ePSXe, go to File > Run CDROM.
    And your game should start.

Oh, and make sure that under the Sound plugin, CDDA Sound is also enabled.

It isn't our fault you can't figure out how to use an emulator millions of other people use perfectly fine. Nobody HAS to do anything for you, and if you keep up with the attitude, I doubt anyone will try to help you.

We don't develop that emulator. You should go ask around their forums.

Though, you'll get flamed for asking if they can see into the future.
