Went to the bathroom (my thinking place) and considered for a minute going up 10 pounds on my bench on Wednesday instead of the normal 5 pounds. I KNOW I can do it, but really, I don't need to rush...

My bench press is 185 and rising.
My squat is (currently) 195 and rising.
