My parents had a NES when I was a kid, I can't remember ever not having video games. Then I got a SNES at 4, and between that and baseball, that was practically all I ever did.

I don't think that the GB cart can be powered by the N64, I remember the rumble pak and some of the other peripherals needing batteries, so chances are the battery is dead.

I don't really play too many RTS's, but I've played some. Starcraft is cool, and just got Civilization IV and the expansions. Haven't spent too much time with it, but it seems pretty cool.

This. I think it would be pretty cool to have Gekido-esque beat-em-up style gameplay. It seems like that game's combat system would work really well for an MMO.

I play most games in 16:10 in a 4:3 aspect ratio, just stretched. Of course I'll take the 16:10 resolution over the 4:3, but it doesn't really bother me to just stretch it.

I had the same issue. The reason that you're RRoDing isn't from the GPU overheating, because only the CPU causes the system to shut itself down upon overheating.
