No, it's the SuperCard and SuperPass. All you need is a camera SD memory card to put the games onto. (And they're pretty cheap)

Yes, the SuperCard + SuperPass is awesome. You can play basically all DS and GBA games, it even supports SNES, NES, SMS, GG, PCE, and GB/GBC.

I highly recommend getting them.
