My Dolphin emu is running real slow for some strange reason. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is the controller I am trying to configure. I am using a keyboard for this.

For some games, I am having difficulty with the pad because some roms may not respond to one of the options. I am trying to set up the dual analog pad, but I am still having trouble. Please help!! =)

It's a problem with Dolphin. I download a GCN title and it comes up as an .rar. Is there anyhting I can use to make it an .iso?
