So I ended up figuring it out I opened the game and then clicked TAB which I bought a keyboard today , once I clicked this I could then change the screen on run n gun 2 instead of showing...

Ok what I did Zorlon,

I have a arcade machine with the old sticks and buttons works awesome it comes with MamePPK installed,

Now because I could not get run n gun to work or Run n gun 2 either...
