Now the gold cards display in the level when I pause (except on boss levels, but I think they're not supposed to), but they still don't show up on the world map.

All 5 gold cards are lit up when I'm selecting a level, whether I've gotten them or not. Is there a known fix for this, and (if not) is there a different way to find out which cards I'm missing?
