Seen a modded Vita on 3.68. Apparently it now runs all Vita games, psp, psx and emulators on that firmware. Can anyone confirm?

Yeah, I thought as much. I've dabbled with it on the PC in the past. Got a few arcadepunks collections from usenet downloaded ready to transfer to sd for when I get around to getting a Pi 3.
I had a quick look at RetroArch on my SNES mini. Only tried a few Master System and Megadrive games, but they were slow and choppy. Had a look in the settings, couldn't get any better results, so...
I got rid of my PS3 a few years ago, but I'm sure it used to play mp4 files from usb.
