I was always fond of the "What is man?" speech. The answer is kinda deep if you think about it.
I guess when I got my first Gameboy (the clear one that ate batteries like I devour soft pretzels) and Link's Awakening. I was hooked instantly as a wee little boy.
Of course I had my fair share of raging, especially when I was younger. But, to this day when I have a go at some Tekken Arcade I am painfully reminded of that jerk Jinpachi. More than once I threw...
As with all things it seems that digital will be the future but I prefer boxes the size of the old snes or n64 cartriges. I wish I would still have my box of Banjo Kazooie.
Definitely Golden Sun. The first one on the GBA. The last bossfight is simply amazing and so tense. A very close second is Link's Awakening.
I distinctively remember buying FF 8 with my own money, many of my games were gifts when I was a yungin.
