I wasn't sure. I know on 360 the xbla version of GoldenEye uses both sticks, and I've tested the original game using 2 controllers on N64 :grazy:

Honestly if you want to be cheap, what you have is the best setup. The sticks on PS1/2/3 controllers should work ok if setup properly.
You might even be able to use what you have as dual stick for...

That usb N64 controller you linked to will just be a usb version of the cheap 3rd party N64 console controllers The sticks on them are terrible and the buttons feel bad.

If it's fully enclosed the only way other players can get to it is by destroying a wall. They should become wanted at that point (or maybe just from causing some damage) and your turrets will shoot...
