thanks so much! i extracted with 7zip, created new folder, and it popped up even when i didnt run with administrator. now i can finally play pokemon colosseum and gale of darkness (legally, ofc)...

So Dolphin boots up fine, but then it comes up with the message, "Dolphin could not find any GameCube/Wii ISOs or WADs. Double click here to set a games directory...", although I have my games...
