The first files name is Shin Megami Tensei - Persona 3 FES (USA), and the other one has the same name but all of those files in it

the first winrar archive i got was 2.5GB and when i extract it i get another one that is 4.25GB. Is it supposed to be like this, or is the download link maybe broken?

So, I have recently downloaded both Persona 3 FES and Persona 4 from emuparadise, and both of them have the .img file which i cant open with any program that is supposed to change it to the .iso...
