It would be nice to play nds on a tablet pc, but on a normal pc, humm.... The gameplay will probably be crappy with mouse+keyboard with some games that fully use the touch screen.

I'm using Alcohol 120% for .bin/.cue formats, clonecd for .ccd/.img/.sub and it works fine. It is strange why it doesn't work for you, maybe the cue has some problems... try looking for another...
