It helps if, like me, you're already a fan of the setting. But yeah, after you play through one kingdom's stages it does get a little repetitive, unless you're one of those obsessive people who like...

Taking a break from Persona: Eternal Punishment and playing Dynasty Warriors 4: Hyper
It's not too bad, with a little bit of practice. Or some FAQs. If you want to be a total masochist and not use outside help, you can always use the old turbo controller on the slot machine trick, and...
Super Mario Land 2?
I'll seed for awhile, now that my UG ratio is pretty solid.
I'm now working on Persona: Eternal Punishment. It's no Shin Megami Tensei, but it's pretty fun so far.

Chalk it up to different play styles then. When I play a RPG, I'm there for the story and the (hopefully) intricate world. I also enjoy the strategic elements, like working out the best strategy to...
Just finished Breath of Fire 4. Kind of disappointing, but I did like the "fake" boss battle against the party. Take that, you whiners!
I'll admit that the dragon system of BoF 4 is pretty pitiful, compared to the awesomeness of the dragon gene system, however BoF 4 still has the superior combat system. And the whole Teepo thing was...
I liked the Fairy village in BoF3. Granted, part of what I liked was sending the sub-par fairies to their doom by putting them on explorations, but the ones that survived brought me nice things, like...
I didn't mind them in 1 and 2, because you could always just remove all the fish you didn't want. I have a hard time distinguishing most of the shadows in BoF 3 though, and quickly got tired of...
I've recently been playing Breath of Fire 3 and 4 lately, and I'm really starting to get fed up with some of these stupid mini-games. Breath of Fire 3 is particularly bad for the amount of sub quests...
The Last Starfighter - Classic 80's sci-fi/commedy.
I still own a copy of E.T. as well, and it really does deserve the title "Worst Game of All Time".

So far I don't care for the graphics (I think BoF 2 had some of the best graphics in the series) but at least the camera angles are much friendlier, and the enemy skill system seems to be less...
It's on The List(TM) of RPGs I need to play. Have to finish 4 first.
Just started on Breath of Fire 4. So far it looks like they corrected many of the complaints I had with BoF 3, but I really hate the fact that I can't remap the control buttons completely.
I just finished Breath of Fire 3. Pretty good, but it left me with a lot of questions.
What about Particle Man? He's doing the things that a particle can, doesn't he deserve some love too?
I've just started playing Breath of Fire 3. It's going to take awhile to get used to the 3D perspective though.
I just finished playing Lunar: Silver Star Story. Pretty good, despite the number of emulation issues I ran into.
Ok, so the big question now is, who gets your stuff?
Woo, another fan! I own both of their CDs as well, and it was definately worth the cost of importing them. I think my current favorites are Elie, Ronin, and Blind Dog Pride, but it's so hard to...
